Shipping Status: Order backlogs have been cleared and orders are shipping quickly. For information on how to correctly submit a COD, please follow the steps below.
You can use Visa or COD to place your order online. Get $10.00 off when you choose COD as payment option. Do not place orders by phone or give out your credit card number to anyone.
For orders using Visa, you must select "Credit Card" on the questionnaire or your order will be submitted as C.O.D. -

If you order with Visa, the fulfillment center will call you for a confirmation. Failure to confirm the order will result in delay or cancellation. If you receive a call that instructs you to order COD, come back to the website and place your order, do not do it on the phone.
Ordering by phone will result in higher costs to you and probable delays in shipping your order.
If you do not want to wait for a confirmation call, you can contact the confirmation agents at 1-877-256-7029 (10:00am to 5:00pm eastern time). When you confirm the order, the fulfillment company should ask for the
last 4 digits of the CC you used to place the order in the confirmation.
Do not give out your whole credit card number. If someone is asking for your whole credit card number over the phone, do not give it under any circumstance even if you are calling to confirm your order. They only need the last 4 and giving the whole number is very unsecure.
Avoid confirmation calls - Order CODIf you order COD, you do not need to confirm the order by phone. Follow the instructions on how to complete a COD and when you fax or email the copy of your money order, that will serve as confirmation. To order COD, fill out the order form as normal, click the button for COD payment and submit the order. After you submit the order you will be taken to the confirmation page which has your order number.
Print that page!If you have a printer, print the page out with your order number on it. If you don't have a printer, make a note of the order number. There is a next step to placing a COD order but it is very simple and it is required by the pharmacy to make sure you are ready for a COD shipment.
To Complete the COD:Take the confirmation page you printed that shows your order number, and in the blank space write your full name and ship to address. Then place the Money Order or Cashier's Check you will use to purchase so that it appears below your name and address and photocopy the confirmation page and money order as it appears in the layout image you see to the right.>>>
Fax a copy of the completed Money Order or Cashier's Check to 1-646-219-4614. If you don't have a fax, you can also scan the completed COD and email it to support@goldenigroup.com. If you do not have a scanner, you must fax a copy of the Money Order. If you do not have a fax or photocopier, you will need to go to a FedEx/Kinko's or UPS Store or similar service to photocopy the document and fax the page.
Make sure when you email or fax that you include your name, order number and shipping address. The fulfillment company will then be able to confirm your request and that you have the money ready and the pharmacy will then release the order.
If You Are NOT Home When It Arrives:If you are gone when UPS arrives with your COD, they
Will Not take the payment from a neighbor.
The delivery address and the money order address must be the same. If you are not there, UPS will leave a note on your door and you can visit the local UPS warehouse, (
NOT a "UPS Store" location), and pick up your COD there. If you decide to have your neighbor stay at your home, UPS will leave it with them
if they are at your house, but a note on your door telling the delivery man to go next door will not happen. They have to deliver your order and pick up the COD at the same address as is written on the money order.

Which is Which?There is much confusion about the relationships between the entities when you buy medications online. Being one of the very few US sources on the internet, we think it's important you know the relationships so that you can better understand how we can assist you.
RxBest.com is a marketing website. Our purpose is to bring an online presence to individuals looking to purchase meds online. We maintain the website, pricing, and content and place the links from the fulfillment company in a format for you to place orders online. We do not control which meds are offered, we do not take credit card information, we do not process any orders nor ship any medications.
Fulfillment is a term used to designate the company which processes your order. They are the ones who receive your information on the order form, (ie: Shipping and Billing address, product ordered, credit card information, medical questionnaire). They are the ones who authorize and then charge your credit card and send the completed request to the pharmacy to fill.
Pharmacy is just as the name implies. They are the ones who fill and ship your order and provide the tracking number you see when you check your status. They receive the prescription from the physician along with your shipping information, fill the order and package it for DHL or UPS.
Each of these are seperate companies. All orders placed on this website are processed through one fullfillment company which may send your prescription to one of several different pharmacies.
There are some outsiders who understand these different positions and will take advantage of that by pretending to be someone they are not, as a case in point the warning message posted on each page of this website. In addition, there are times a fulfillment company will get over zealous and attempt to contact you directly for refills. While this might seem to be an advantage for the customer, it very rarely is and typically causes more problems and delays for the client.
The reason is that the fulfillment company is not properly set up to take orders on the phone. Shipping information gets transposed, billing information is entered incorrectly, and rarely if ever will you get your order number let alone tracking information. And to make matters worse, the price is usually higher because they have you on the phone and not looking at a web page.
When you place your order online here at RxBest, you are not only assured of the price, you are also assured that the order is done properly because
you are entering in
your information. This one thing alone will insure you get the fastest service possible.
Second, when you place your order at the RxBest website, we can follow up on orders if there is a delay. It can be very time consuming and costly to you if you have to try and call the fulfillment center, not to mention the fact that you can almost never get an answer right there on the phone. They will almost always need to call you back which as some of you already know, doesn't happen very often.
Instead, if there is a problem (
and let's face it, it does happen from time to time), you can simply send us an email and we will work to take care of it faster and more efficiently because of our position with the fulfillment company.

order has shipped, with your tracking number, delivery day and carrier.
When enough time has elapsed for a refill, we send you a
second email with all the information you need so you can
refill your order online.
