Watch our for scams!There is a scam going on this summer where thieves call people and tell them they are with the "fulfillment warehouse" for this website and others. That if you order on the phone with the telecriminal caller, they will be able to save you money. It is a scam and lie.
They often will want you to send money with Western Union. We do not take Western Union. We do not call for refills. If you get a call for a refill these days, you are 99% certain to lose your money and identity.
We have received many emails this summer from people who said they sent "us" money from Western Union and wanted to know when they would get their orders. Some were duped a second time when the caller said the order had been "double shipped" and the client could either wait longer or send a second, equal payment for the double quantity.
Just remember, we do not call you for refills.
The ONLY Time We Call You Is after you have placed your order online. We will call to ask you the following:
Did you place an order for (drug name)?Is your order number AA (+4 digits)?What are the last 4 digits of the card you used?If you get a call from someone who tells you that your order was cancelled, asks you for your credit card number or says they have your credit card on file, hang up the phone. Even if they tell you that the order you just placed on such and such date is accurate, if they ask you for your CC info or say they have it on file, it's a scam, a con. If it does happen to you, please write to us as soon as possible and let us know as many details as you can recall. In fact, if you can get them to give up their phone number, that might be a really big help. If you tell them you need to call back and they give it to you, let us know!
