Never give your credit card number over the phone! We will never ask you for your credit card number except the last 4 digits to confirm. Never give your credit card number out to someone who calls you no matter what they tell you, what they promise you or even if they say they are with RxBest.
They are not because we don't call you except with new orders to confirm. We will never ask you for your credit card number or try to get you to buy a different medication or a different quantity or offer you a different price. If you get a call like this, it will never be from us.
There is a terrible scam going on this summer and people are being called and told that the caller is from the RxBest fulfillment warehouse. That you can order on the phone and save money. It is a scam and lie and you will lose your money and possibly your identity. That is why we do NOT call you for refills.
We always recommend you Never Order by phone. If you order thru our website, we can help you follow up and track your order. Never give out your CC or personal info on the phone.
